Add 2 more characters: Diane and Ban with launch/update tags

- Added Diane (The Giant of the Earth) - Launch character
  * Neid (Envy) sin, earth magic, War Hammer weapon
  * Strong stats and character arc with King

- Added Ban (The Fox's Sin) - Launch character
  * Gier (Greed) sin, immortal fighter with Snatch ability
  * Complex emotional story with Elaine

- Updated Meliodas and Elizabeth with 'introduced: Launch' tag
- Updated Seven Deadly Sins lore note with all characters
- All characters properly linked with wikilinks

4 characters now in vault with introduction tracking.
